Country cottages or as the industry calls them Park Models (why, I don't know, I thought a Model was what we have to show you) are 400 square foot homes. Because they are titled as an RV (the definition of an RV is 400 square foot maximum) there is no property taxes to pay (as you would on a 2nd home). They come fully furnished and the price includes full setup (turn key) on a lot of your choice. Set up usually only takes about 2-3 weeks. There are no Salesmen to deal with, just Tim and Lisa (the owners). No hard sell, in fact the opposite, we want you to be 100% comfortable with us and the Park or else it just won't work for both of us.
