Site Base Rates are for 2 persons - Once on your site your rate is locked
in and only adjusted yearly by the annual government posted inflation
rate
Park
Models 12' wide must be new and supplied by Berlin Heights Holiday Homes Ltd.
RV units must be
less than 15 years old

are approximately 3400 square foot lots with parking strips beside the
units. $1812 on the west side and $1900 on the east side per season,
add $300 if you want to extend your use beyond April 15th to
October 15th. |

front of the units. $1900 per season add $300 if you want year round use |
