A big thanks to Dick Salcer for calling us at 3:30am to tell us there was no water in the Park.  A 2” main connection had come apart and water was pouring out on the ground.  Thanks to his call we were able to stop it saving 1000’s of gallons of water being wasted and no inconvenience in service as we able to redirect the water to everyone until we fixed the problem.

Text Box: Electric in C area, what a fiasco that was. I got a complaint that several units where alive and people where getting shocked touching the outside of their units. Well it took some tracking down but finally we isolated the problem. An electric meter had failed grounding itself out to the pedestal and thus feeding back electric through the ground hence livening up everyone's units. I’m sorry for any inconvenience and problems this may have caused, but it was something that was beyond our control.
Text Box: If you see something that is causing waste or is a hazard could you please report it so that we can take care of it.
For your trouble we will give the first person to report it 20 QV points. Contact the office or use the red button if there is no one in there.

You may have noticed we have a new guy working for us who shows great promise and potential.  His name is Dave and he lives in N. Ridgeville.  We are glad to have him.

Many of you have commented on what a nice job Olivia does mowing the sites.  I have passed these comments on to her and also to show my appreciation gave her and Patty radio earphones to help pass the time.  They both love them as I do if I am mowing.
