If you need us for business purposes from 9am - 5pm 7 days a week and if we aren’t in the office use the call button .  It rings in on the phones we all carry and it is not an inconvenience, that is why we carry them.

Here we are, another season at our favorite resort, Berlin Heights Holiday park. To anyone who has camped here over the past nine years, the changes in the park are very obvious. To our new family members you can only imagine the improvements that we have all seen (or you could look at the pictures in the lodge). Tim and Lisa have taken the park from a transient campground, complete with weekenders who took no pride in the park itself, to a "members only" park. Here we all take pride in our sites, help out our neighbors and we no longer have to lock our doors every time we leave our "home away from home."

 

Tim and Lisa are available to us when we have questions or just need a little advise. With them, we have seen the activities calendar grow from the occasional bingo game, burger lunch and steak dinner to bingo, card games, horse racing, breakfast on Sunday (after church service), lunch and dinner every Saturday, Ice cream socials every Friday night, blood drives, parades, float entries, golf cart races, golf, a swimming pool, fun fair for the children, arts and crafts and the list goes on and on.

 

Then there are the park improvements, such as new cement patios, upgraded electrical service, water and sewer lines, addition of the fountains in the pond, strict enforcement of a speed limit, site renovations, minimum standards for the trailers and again, the list goes on and on. The biggest change has been with Tim and Lisa making the park a seasonal facility. This alone has improved the standards and quality of living in the park. With this move, they have ensued that only those who want to be here continue to return and those who committed to making and keeping Berlin Heights holiday Park the "home" it has become will also continue to return. Thank you again Tim and Lisa.
