I have it on first hand experience that the top of the wildflower hill is one of the best vantage points in the park for watching sunset.  The full 360 degree vista is viewable and full of all the colors of the rainbow. This time of year the moon is also visible.  For those of you who are early risers, sunrise from this crest is also spectacular.  As the fall foliage manifests itself the view will only become more breathtaking.  The wildflowers are in their final phases, but if you look closely there are new patches of blanket flowers. coreopsis and a few cosmos.  It’s a peaceful, quiet place to gain perspective on our world that I thought I’d share with you.  Cheryl
