Spa Day was a great success and most importantly a lot of fun.  Looking lovely isn’t as easy as it looks-manicures, pedicures, facials , hair styling and make-up can be a lot of work, but it was a lot of laughs as well!

                                       Labor Day Weekend is fast approaching and is symbolic of the end of the summer season, but our season at BHHP continues right through October 16th with some of the nicest camping weather yet to come.  Take advantage of this long weekend to enjoy the pool and some of our most popular food events of the season: Prime Rib on Saturday and Clam Boil with all the extras on Sunday.  The  golf course, bocce courts, and croquet courts are in great shape to get a game going.  The cooler temperatures make it more comfortable for a game of tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard or horseshoes. Beginners as well as experienced players are always welcome at the scheduled events and all facilities are available to everyone at all other times.  The lodge provides pool, foosball, darts and the game room as well as the library of books, videos and DVD’s to relax with and unwind.   An afternoon nap may be in order to rest up for the Dance and Karaoke in the evenings.   Enjoy the weekend of recreation or  relaxation.

Well it has been quite a day.  The kids have been out to play. Some even rolling in the hay. The littlest ones trying to runaway.   Buddy eating away the cherry tree, while Shadow had to be tied up because he was trying to flee.  Those kids took a lot out of me today.  So off to the U.S. Open for me.  I'll be thinking of all of you, while I am shopping on Fifth Avenue.     Miss Tidy
