I am off to Pau, France to see Lance Armstrong (Lannie) close in on a seventh straight Tour de France, title. After completing the last of three days in the Pyrenees on Tuesday, Lannie and I stop for a favorite beverage and discussed how great he was feeling and what the future will bring after the race on Sunday. Lannie hopes to compete against BHHP'S, Pat Coleman on his return to the states. It is a fact that Pat has been peddling her legs off for years. She holds the record for the most miles peddled at BHHP. Pat C. ( as she is known) is the gal to beat. I will be discussing details with Tim and Lisa on the Tour De BHHP when I return from my concert tour with Cheryl Crow. How was your week? Until next week. Miss Tidy |

Get ready for night golf with glow in the dark golf balls. This will be an ideal fall activity when it is dark by 5or 6 pm. The balls are about $3 and the sticks to light them are about 50 cents. (Sorry the 11 cent ones were the wrong size). See Tim or Office for details. |

Mix all juices, bananas, sugar and water and let stand for several hours. Then add pop. Serves 60– 6 oz. cups. |
