To the left Bocce players face off. The courts were well used but not just with tournament play. It’s a fun game without being strenuous. Anyone can play, anytime. Maybe I’ll see you out there for a game soon. Jim Wolfe is maintaining the Bocce courts and is in the process of redesigning the croquet court. I’m looking forward to playing. The last time I played croquet was in 1965 in my great aunt Mamie’s lilac bordered backyard. Ah, those were the days. |

Jan Haag lead us in a solemn ceremony to honor all freedom fighters. Patriotic songs were sung before the wreath was placed on the flagpole. Mel & Jan organized the LifeShare Blood Drive which was a huge success. We were able to donate 19 pints to save 36 lives! |

There’s something fishy going on at the lake. It grabbed the kids attention. Tim said there were hooks being pulled out of fish, clothing - you name it. Ah, and after a long weekend of visiting, eating, dancing and singing - Sun Dee had to lie down and take a breather. |
