It’s springtime!  The grass

 is growing at a shocking

rate along with the weeds. 

 We’re trying to keep on

top of maintaining the

grounds (mowing, edging,

weed whacking and

trimming) and complete

 work orders but it is difficult.  Last year at this time we had 3 full time and one part time employees.  We have Dave full time, Mel returning part time after a couple weeks off, Olivia one day a week until Mid June when school is out, and hired Jim to start in a couple weeks after his  vacation. Please bear with us.

Rally ‘round the flagpole and join with your BHHP family as we honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice to insure the freedoms that we enjoy in all areas of our daily lives. Enjoy the first long, leisurely weekend of the season as the full schedule of activities and events begins at BHHP.  Hopefully, the weather will be great for the opening of the pool.  Practice your dance moves and pick your favorite song for Karaoke.  The full compliment of food events will begin on Friday with the first Ice Cream Social of the season and continue through Gourmet Burger lunch on Monday.  Kids Gathering Saturday.  All details in next weeks S’more News.

 

As a reminder, if you will be having guests that will be camping, please make a reservation with the office by email, drop box or phone.

If you need us for business purposes we are available from 9am - 5pm 7 days a week. If we aren’t in the office use the RED call button .  It rings in on the phones we all carry. It is not an inconvenience, that is why we carry them.

Allison's a Champion!!

On Sat. May 14, Allison Leighty (B-23) and her volleyball team, Westlake Volleyball Club, were in Columbus for the Ohio Valley Regional Volleyball Tournament. Teams from all over the state were there. Allison's team won their bracket by winning all six of their matches. Their record was 11 wins and 1 loss. W.V.C. brought home the medal. Allison played well and even hit a couple of match winning spikes. Way to go Allison!!
