You must be at your unit to assist the Good Neighbor Brigade in winterizing your unit.  Please turn off your hot water tanks and allow them to cool before the GNB arrives.  The Park closes for the season at 6:00pm on Sunday, October 16th.  Looking forward to seeing you during our off season at  our parties, or if not in the Spring!

I’d like to say how much BHHP means to me

. When my husband & I decided to sell our

 home in Vermilion in 1997, we looked at

quite a few parks, but when I saw this

park, I said this is where I want to be. 

 It was close to Vermilion, family & friends, plus being such a clean & beautiful park.  WE bought a home in Florida in 1992, so we were spending 6 months up here & 6 months in Florida.  Tim, Lisa & friends were a big help to me when my husband passed in 2001.  I feel safe here.  When my daughter-in-law went into the Mansfield hospital September 15th for a bone marrow test and found out she had leukemia, Cheryl offered to take me to the hospital on the 20th and Sharon took me in on the 22nd.  I thank them so much.  On the 28th Cathy died, what a shock it was to al of us.  I thank everyone for the cards & expressions of sympathy.  God willing, we’ll see you next May.                             Pat Coleman

                              Michael has sung

                              primarily Garth Brooks songs

                              at  karaoke, but has traded

                              in  Brooks for Brahms (Lullabies, that is)!

                                             Saturday-Chili Supper.

                                             Sunday-Breakfast & then free soup

                                            in the afternoon.  Clean out your fridge

                                            & bring to the lodge to cook and share

                                             what you don’t want to take home.
