Park Avenue

Text Box: This is Toe Socks again, sorry to anyone who wanted to read my article last week, I was kinda falling behind!! Well, first off I would like to thank everyone who helped us put together our bake sale, and Thank you to Linda Bateman for making those fabulous lights!!! You all helped us raise $118 for the Mini’s to go to show!! You all should be very proud of yourselves!! Next, the whole "Cru" would like to thank you, Tim, for all the great things you’ve done for us kids!! Like last weekend you helped a bunch of us with controlling the horses and a bunch of us ended up galloping and LOVING it!! You have helped many of us overcome our fears, even when we give you the HARDEST time!! When you really don’t want to ride, you still ride with us and we all really appreciate it!! Thanks so much!!

There are some days that we wish they

would end like right now. Well, for me

Monday was one of those days.  Feeling

frustrated due to the need for

experienced help, there is only so much I can do.  For 11 years now I have tried to get experienced youthful help to no avail.

Well at the end of the day feeling like I am failing my own expectations and wondering which way to turn, I open the emails and receive the above article.  It made my day!!!!

Thanks Toe Socks, you’re the best!

After reading this it made me realize why I love what we are doing.  Every time you see a smile on a kid’s face and an adult laugh we know we are doing the right thing.  Having the kids is giving me the best years of my life and I look forward to many, many more years with them.  I only hope I bring them as much joy as they bring me.

I apologize when some things aren’t done in a timely manner but until we get another experienced person things get prioritized.  But when emergencies happen and you’re left out A/C on a hot day or no hot water, even on Sunday I will do my best to make you comfortable and fix them.

Even at 9pm we have provided materials to fix a toilet so the water can be turned on to a unit.  That is the difference of us living in the park as your neighbors and not as absentee owners.

Your comfort and the parks’ aesthetics are my priorities.
