There are several Veterans  & their families that are Seasonals  at BHHP.  Please consider sharing some of your personal stories of freedom-what it is, what it means to you, , and how we can all do our part to protect it., at the Memorial Service on Monday.  Come & see Alina and some of our younger Seasonals singing & doing their part!

Realizing…

While searching  for something special for  the newsletter, I wandered across this website with  poetry and writings about the cost of  freedom, but this one especially caught my attention because it is written by a third grader.  She understood the cost of freedom. Perhaps from personal experience.  I grew up knowing my dad was a Navy veteran who served during the Korean War, but it wasn’t until April 25th, when the honor guard folded the flag that had draped his casket, and taps echoed through the church, that it hit me.  If he hadn’t been a survivor, and had been a casualty instead, I wouldn’t be here.  I realized the  very real  price of freedom  in a very personal  and heart wrenching  way.   The sacrifice is paid by not just the soldier, but each of their family members, as well as society as a whole.   I am blessed to be free and am prouder still of those who bought that freedom for each of us.                                                                                     Cheryl

Horses-All  Seasonals Welcome

Join us Saturday & Sunday mornings at 8 am for time with the horses.  No experience with horses necessary, just a willingness to listen , learn & work hard.  Trail riding lessons available  at 2:00 pm daily, 4 riders per session-See Tim.

If you need us for business purposes from 9am - 5pm 7 days a week and if we aren’t in the office use the call button .  It rings in on the phones we all carry and it is not an inconvenience, that is why we carry them.

Golfers, please put your site# on your golf ball and make sure you retrieve it from across the road

Please no watering during peak demand periods 7 to 9am and 5 to 7pm
