Family Weekend-July 27-29

You will want to check the schedule of events, activities and meals available for  Family Weekend and signup. In addition to our always available pastimes, there will be lots of extras for all ages.   From the whipped cream fight to the Golf Cart Races, there is fun for everyone.  There is no charge for family members who stay with you in your unit, and sites for family members are 1/2 price ($10 tent/$15/RV) and you do need to make a reservation with the office.   Questions? Talk to anyone who has been here in past seasons, and you’ll catch the excitement!

New this year for golf cart races, remember the husband and wife race last year, well this year it will be the battle of the sexes, so pick a partner of the same sex and start practicing.  No more details until  the event.

Also golf cart dribbling so practice this as well, it will be quickest time to dribble a ball between two points.

The lost and found is also filling up with clothing, sun glasses, gas grill covers, decorations etc. and will be emptied at the end of every month.  Clothing will be donated as there are some almost new.

Singing with the Stars

 Dress up as your favorite singer Family Weekend at Karaoke and let the fun begin.  Dress it, Sing it, Bring it — On!  If there is a particular song let me know I’ll make sure they have it.

Look at the Catfish Sydney found by the lake!  Imagine the fight in reeling this one in!

Thank You to Christina Short for the pictures from our July 4th parade & ceremony.  We have them on a CD in the office if you would like to borrow it to make prints for yourself. 

·          Key cards & gate openers are for the Seasonals use only.  Do not let anyone else in the park. Guests are to use the right lane & ring the buzzer for admittance.

·          Speed Limit is 7 mph for all motorized vehicles: cars, golf carts, &  motorized scooters.

·          Please do you part to keep BHHP pristine, by picking up the areas you use before you leave them.
