Park Model Owners: Check to make sure heat tapes have been plugged in & are working. All downspouts should be cleared after the leaves have dropped to prevent freezing problems. Disconnect your water hoses. The faucets will not freeze, but the water in the hoses will, and can damage the faucet causing leaks & flooding.
Wood racks & fire rings must be emptied, and all lawn decorations removed by the end of November. As much furniture as possible should be removed from your patios. Everything should be secured from the winter winds.
Winter use is conditional. We are not responsible for weather related problems: frozen pipes, broken pipes, water supply, electricity outages, etc.
The lodge will continue to be available for use, as long as you are responsible for lights being turned off, heat being turned down to minimums and all garbage removed. |

Pool Dome Clarification
· Will it be removed for the summer? · Yes, probably July and August · Do you pay every year? · Yes to help cover costs and pool improvements such as painting, chemicals, heat, etc. · Who keeps track of who paid & who uses the pool? · A list will be posted at the pool and Cheryl will update the list as needed. · Will new Seasonals have to pay to use pool? · Yes, it will be $60 · Restrictions on hours for Kids? · No hourly restrictions. Under 14 requires a parent to supervise. Only those who pay may use the pool before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. Please signup in the lodge if interested. It will need to be ordered at the beginning of 2008 to be in place for next season, so we need to know if this is a viable option and we will bill it in the New Year’ Those signing up after January 1st 2008 will pay $60 per site not the $40 now being offered so don’t procrastinate and be disappointed this spring that it either cost more or didn’t happen. |
