Phase one should be started later  in 2010 and there are only 5 lake side sites available in this stage at $3000 for the season

The remaining sites average 80' x 100' and therefore are considerably larger than existing sites

Starting date will be determined by plan review, acceptance and demand

No existing Park Models will be move to South Park
