 Primarily we only sell Park Models, when  trade ins are accepted we want to sell them as quickly as possible so we offer them at wholesale or close to wholesale prices.  Our sales lot is on an appointment only basis which helps to keep the costs down. Please call 419-588-2351.

  Financing
Financing is available at competitive rates through FirstMerit with extended terms up to 15 years ($175 processing fee).  You may also want to check with your own financial institution using your house as collateral.
